Reason for interest: Hurricane event with right track bias and low intensity

This case of Hurricane Edouard (2014) provided a excellent scenario to test model data from new observation platforms. The HWRF forecasted track had a right bias, and the intensity forecasts were below the observed best estimate. Plenty of observations (e.g. Coyote Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Radar, SFMR data) were taken to during and after the event.
